Wayne Ward brings and excellent background in construction safety, scheduling, training and site assessments to STP.  During his time with STP Wayne has worked for most trades in the construction industry which include General Contractors, Mechanical Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Carpentry contractors, Demolition Contractors in several different capacities ranging from Safety Officer to Safety Manager.  Wayne has been involved in the implementation of safety incentive programs, OSHA training, developing company wide safety procedures, new employee orientations and many other duties.

 

Wayne is a trainer for OSHA 10 and 30 hour course along with first aid/ CPR, forklift, lockout/ tagout ATSSA flagger trainer and scaffold building.

 

Wayne is responsible for the day to day operations of STP.  He coordinates all office and field activities that include training, site assessments, onsite safety representation, and program development.  During his off time Wayne enjoys water sports, woodworking and statewide travel.
